About Us

Moviecycle opened its doors in Ballard in September 2009, receiving a warm welcome from the neighborhood. We have over 10,000 movies and games to choose from, with new stock arriving almost daily.

We have three rental stores on the east side (the “far east” side: Monroe, Sultan and Duvall) supplying us with the latest releases in addition to the stock we take in from walk-in customers just about every day, which means we should have something for just about everyone.

We have a huge selection of DVDs and our Blu-Ray section is growing steadily. We also have video games for most systems, including PS2, PS3, XBOX, XBOX360, Wii, Gamecube and even some PC games. We also have a fair number of VHS tapes in stock.

We’re happy to take requests for anything you may be after and either hold it for you or let you know as soon as we have it in stock. We can also order new movies for you if you prefer.
