Mid-February and temperatures in the mid-5os: sign of the Apocalypse, or payback for last year’s winter nastiness? Either way, it’s hard to complain about this weather. And how about these titles we have in stock? We just got a small batch of new trade-ins, too: old TV shows and serials like The Tall Man, Cimarron City, Gang Busters and a triple feature of western classics including 4 episodes of Roy Rogers with Dale Evans, 4 episodes of The Lone Ranger and Gene Autry  in Riders Of The Whistling Pines, plus we have a 12-episode collection of  Zorro Rides Again.

For music fans, we’ve also got Hootenanny DVD v.1, described as

“…a roots, rockabilly, blues, punk lifestyle event with an edge.”

This disc features performances from Rocket From The Crypt, Necromantix, Cadillac Tramps, John Doe, The Paladins, Lee Rocker, Dave Alvin, Junior Brown, The Blasters, Russel Scott and a whole lot more, plus a Joe Strummer tribute.  And cars, tattoos, piercings and other “culture interludes”. Buy this before I give in to temptation, please.
